Your Tasks
Your Profile
- Allocating raw materials according to the production order and ensuring economical material utilization
- Cutting stone blocks to size using modern stone-processing machines
- Programming, loading and operating CNC stone-processing machines for profile and contour machining
- Carrying out milling operations and profiling
- Independently loading and unloading machines using a crane or forklift
- Ensuring dimensional accuracy in coordination with the metrology/measuring room
- Independently monitoring the machining process with regard to quality, tool life and efficiency
- Performing maintenance, cleaning and care of machines and equipment
- Reporting faults and contributing to the continuous improvement of production processes
- Complying with occupational safety, environmental and quality requirements
- Completed vocational training as a stonemason (m/f/d), natural stone processing mechanic (m/f/d), or a comparable craft, industrial, or machine-related qualification
- Experience in programming and operating CNC-controlled machines
- Knowledge of working with scan data and digital templates
- Advantageous: skills in sculptural work and in processing vector graphics
- Ideally a forklift license and a valid Class B/BE driving license
- Strong technical understanding of machines, materials, and machining processes
- Careful, precise, and quality-focused way of working
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style
- Team player with a high level of reliability, commitment, and flexibility
