The preparation phase

Welcome pack: a small gift and all the necessary information (working hours etc.)

Technical preparation: provision of work materials (laptop, access cards, software access).

Mentoring programme: Assignment of an experienced employee as a mentor

The first day

  • Welcome and introduction: Reception by the HR team and introduction to the team
