Mechanical Design Engineer (m/f/d)

The preparation phase
Welcome pack: a small gift and all the necessary information (working hours etc.)
Technical preparation: provision of work materials (laptop, access cards, software access).
Mentoring programme: Assignment of an experienced employee as a mentor
The first day
- Welcome and introduction: Reception by the HR team and introduction to the team
- Company tour: through the production and administration with presentation of the most important rooms and departments
- Introduction to IT: Setting up the workstation, introduction to the IT systems and tools

The first month
